At 4G, our state-of-the-art CNC equipment and our paperless fabrication and quality control processes are intertwined to create the most efficient production process possible.When our equipment and our processes are combined with our talented and skilled workers 4G can produce 45,000 lbs. of fabricated steel in a single day. When our second shift is factored in, that number can jump to between 67,500 and 90,000 lbs. In a typical month upwards of 600 tons of steel can be processed through our shop and delivered to the job site.
